About The Position

The Dining Room Assistant & Busser supports restaurant operations by setting and cleaning tables and keeping the lobby, beverage stations, and dining areas tidy throughout the shift. The role assists servers and service staff with drink refills, clearing tables, and guest requests, and helps set up large parties and communicate which restaurant areas are ready to be seated to support timely table turnover.

Additional duties include cleaning menus between guests and returning them to the host desk, cleaning highchairs and booster seats between uses, rolling silverware sets, and performing other tasks that support dining room efficiency. This is a seasonal position, available now through January, for 8–24 hours per week. Typical shifts are 4–8 hours long, with examples including 11 a.m.–4 p.m., 4–9 p.m., 12–7 p.m., and 3 p.m. to close. Pay is $13.75 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts of 8 or more hours.
• Must be available Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.

Responsibilities
