About The Position
Columbia Cottage is seeking a part-time Dining Room Assistant for its assisted living community in Collegeville. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the dining room by preparing the space for meals, serving residents, assisting with special dietary needs, and cleaning up afterward. The ideal candidate enjoys providing customer service and working with seniors. Flexible scheduling is available. The position includes an every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday obligation.
Requirements
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a desire to work with seniors.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Set up the dining room for meals.
- Serve meals to residents.
- Clean the dining area after meals.
- Assist residents with special dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment.
