About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring Hosts, Bussers, and Food Runners for its Wisconsin Brew Pub. These roles provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests. Associates help set a positive impression through professionalism and a helpful attitude, and contribute to the team's service standards and Kalahari Promise.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Remove used tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Greet guests, explain specials, provide menu tours, recommend items, and communicate menu changes.
- Participate as a team and follow the core values and service expectations of the Kalahari Promise.
