About The Position

The Food Runner/Busser supports restaurant and bar operations by providing timely, accurate food service and attentive guest support. The role includes clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables; refilling beverages; polishing silverware; assisting guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app; and using technology to manage food pickup and delivery. The position also helps maintain clean, stocked restaurant, gaming, and restroom areas and assists with opening and closing tasks. Work takes place indoors and outdoors, and the role requires availability on weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for long periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
• Ability to safely use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant and bar operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
• Assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables promptly, meeting customer service, accuracy, and presentation standards.
• Use technology accurately to complete food pickup and drop-off service efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms, and restock service stations and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning or stacking chairs and tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture, and removing trash.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and respond promptly to requests.
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, seamless service.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
