About The Position

The Busser/Food Runner helps bring the island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home. The role involves knowing food and beverage menus, following Hospitality Standards, maintaining tables, contributing to a team environment that supports sales and service, and helping keep the workplace clean, safe, professional, and upbeat. Shifts are scheduled according to business needs. The listed pay range is $15.00 (or minimum wage if greater) to $17.00 per hour, plus tips; pay varies based on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, work location, and available budget.

Requirements

• Frequently lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Stand routinely for the duration of the shift.
• Safely maneuver equipment and tools including hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools provided to complete the work.
• Work scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
