About The Position

The Busser at Latitude Restaurant supports the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Reporting to the General Manager, the position helps ensure efficient service flow, a well-maintained dining room, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment. The role is onsite at Black Desert Resort’s Latitude Restaurant and is year-round, full-time, with pay of $12 per hour plus tips. Compensation decisions may depend on a variety of factors.

Requirements

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a high-end dining setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and additional table items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and outdoor patio areas.
• Monitor tables for guest needs, refill beverages, and promptly remove used dishware.
• Support the food-running team by helping ensure timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen.
• Stock and restock glassware, plates, silverware, and other service essentials.
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure areas meet sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service that contributes to an upscale dining atmosphere.
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
