About The Position

The Busser at Latitude Restaurant supports the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, luxury dining environment. The role helps maintain efficient service, a clean and well-maintained dining room, and guest satisfaction by clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and supporting food delivery. The position reports to the General Manager and is onsite at Black Desert Resort’s Latitude Restaurant in Southern Utah. It is year-round and full-time, with a pay rate of $12 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
• Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a high-end dining setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on restaurant operations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment; preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and additional table items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and outdoor patio areas.
• Monitor tables for guest needs, refill beverages, and promptly remove used dishware.
• Support the food running team to ensure timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen.
• Stock and restock glassware, plates, silverware, and other service essentials.
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure areas meet sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service that contributes to an upscale dining atmosphere.
• Attend mandatory orientations and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
