About The Position

Bussers continuously clean and set up Flanigan’s dining rooms, bars, and patios to support a positive service experience. They prepare the restaurant and support servers, bartenders, and the broader team by clearing, cleaning, and keeping service areas organized.

Requirements

• Frequently reach, bend, and stoop.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and place heavy loads on high shelves and in coolers and freezers.
• Work in a damp, high-temperature environment, indoors and minimally outdoors.
• Complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Complete and pass the food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Clean and set up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Remove trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, outside parking areas, patios, and waiting areas.
• Ensure high chairs and booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework.
