•$134,000 - $223,000

About The Position

Lead a high-performing production operation that builds critical components for commercial and military aircraft engines. The Operations Leader owns daily performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost; leads engineers and supervisors; and contributes to the facility’s long-term strategy as its product mix changes. The role calls for a hands-on leader who can work autonomously, make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment, and have a visible impact on the shop floor and the broader business. The position leads a team of 5–10 salaried professionals, including Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineers, Quality Engineers, Production Specialists, and Front Line Supervisors. It is responsible for operational performance in the assigned facility area, maintaining reliable and consistent production while adapting to changing commercial and military products. The leader applies Lean principles, data, and industry benchmarks to improve cycle time, throughput, and efficiency; resolves complex operational problems; partners with stakeholders; leads lasting improvement projects; and contributes to business programs and the mid-term operating plan. The base pay range is $134,000–$223,000 USD annually. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary or commission according to the plan. The posting is expected to close on November 30, 2026. Relocation assistance is provided. Employment is contingent on meeting the stated U.S. Person status requirements because the role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
