About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is the front-line leader responsible for daily execution, safety, quality, and customer service. The role ensures consistent shop-floor performance while supporting adoption of digital tools, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives. It requires practical business understanding, front-line problem solving, interpretation of performance data, and balancing quality, safety, productivity, and service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role and/or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field of study.
• Manufacturing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused daily execution and support service reliability.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and safety leadership.
• Conduct root-cause problem solving and execute kaizen initiatives.
• Use dashboards and AI-assisted tools to manage daily performance.
• Apply Lean and basic industrial engineering concepts to front-line problem solving.
• Interpret dashboards and performance data with business context.
• Consider how daily decisions affect service, labor efficiency, and cost.
• Understand and manage tradeoffs among quality, safety, productivity, and service.
