About The Position

The Business Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance growth, performance, and innovation. The role collaborates across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities, apply analytical and data-driven approaches to business challenges, and use AI to improve business processes. The Analyst translates insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change.

The position supports transformation programs from design through delivery, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. It also helps identify and implement high-impact AI use cases, drives adoption through change management and stakeholder engagement, and partners with leadership to define success metrics, track outcomes, manage risks, and promote continuous improvement.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications are preferred. Six years of related business analysis and data analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
• Analytical and innovative approach, with comfort navigating ambiguity in complex organizations.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes.
