About The Position

The Business Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, performance, and innovation. The role collaborates across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities, applies analytical and data-driven capabilities to solve business challenges, and leverages AI to improve business processes. It requires a foundation in business problem-solving and data analysis, along with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change.

Requirements

Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
Analytical and innovative, with comfort navigating ambiguity in complex organizations.
Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes.
