About The Position
The Senior Business Transformation Analyst supports enterprise-wide initiatives designed to enhance growth, performance, and innovation. The role works across departments to identify and prioritize opportunities, apply analytical and data-driven approaches to business challenges, and use AI to improve business processes. The Analyst translates insights into actionable strategies that support meaningful organizational change. The position collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver transformation programs, identifies AI use cases, supports change management, and tracks progress and outcomes against transformation objectives. It also helps manage risks and incorporate continuous improvement into transformation efforts.
Requirements
- At least six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
- Analytical and innovative approach, with comfort navigating ambiguity in complex organizations.
- Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes.
