About The Position
Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “ Business Process Manager ”. This person will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within a medical device environment. The ideal candidate will be a Lean Six Sigma expert with a proven track record of leading process improvement and business transformation projects. This person will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, reduce costs, and implement sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and implementing continuous improvement/process improvement programs with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects and organizational process transformations.
- Strong knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, customer service, and cost performance.
- Map and analyze end-to-end business processes and identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Lead large-scale Lean/Six Sigma transformation and process improvement projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions to business problems.
- Develop and support change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
- Use process maps, dashboards, visual management tools, and performance metrics to communicate progress.
