About the position
We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Automation/Dashboard Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating automated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate, building dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, and developing internal low-code apps using Microsoft Power Apps. The role involves capturing business process flows, creating automation routines, developing test cases, conducting training, and publishing success stories. The main objective is to improve organizational efficiencies by reducing manual methods and increasing access to accurate and actionable information.
Responsibilities
- Capture business process flows using Microsoft Visio from process owners
- Creating automation routines using Power Automate that accurately reflects the process captured and approved by the process owner
- Creating automation production schedules for process intake, automation development, and target production dates
- Develop test cases to verify process outcomes
- Conducting training for other organization members who would like to create automation workflows on their own
- Publish success stories at the quarterly town hall events
- Coordinate priority of development with the organization CTO
- Support contract activities, as needed, to provide dashboarding and automation solutions
- Functions as an in-house expert for Power BI data and visualization related activities and low-code programming
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in an I.T. related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Flow/Power Automate, NinTex, Power BI, and Power BI
- Clearance: National Agency Check with no negative findings
- Required Skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform certification (or within 90 days of employment)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasking and deadlines
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
