About The Position

As a member of Salesforce’s Business Operations team, the Business Operations Analyst works with cross-functional teams to support internal and external stakeholders. The role calls for a proactive, results-oriented self-starter who can navigate infrastructure challenges, competing priorities, and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The analyst applies strong communication and relationship-management skills, accountability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of Channel or Sales Operations support experience.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Extreme attention to detail and a strategic perspective.
Analytical thinking and the ability to drive operational excellence and improvement.
Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce.com product certifications, such as Administrator or Advanced Administrator.
Experience with Partner Program Operations and Support.
Fluency in English and one or more additional languages, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end partner operations, including onboarding, deal registration, referrals, quoting, and reseller support.
Manage partner account setups and maintain data integrity across systems.
Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries and operational escalations.
Resolve or redirect internal operational issues.
Enforce compliance with partner program policies and guidelines.
Mitigate operational risks and implement scalable process improvements.
Produce standard operating procedures, training materials, and technical documentation.
Drive automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Monitor service-level agreements, key performance indicators, and overall performance metrics.
