Deploy has raised more than $200 million and has over 250 employees across offices in San Francisco, Seattle, New York, and Delhi. The Business Operations Analyst supports business operations by assisting managers and executives with process improvement, reporting and productivity goals, and high-impact projects across company functions. The role involves supporting operational and strategic initiatives, organizing data and reporting on metrics, advising managers based on findings, and improving procedures and systems. The ideal candidate is a versatile generalist who thrives in a high-pressure, unstructured environment and is enthusiastic about startups and AI. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
0–2 years of work experience at a top consulting or banking organization.
Ability to take initiative, direct one's own work, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps toward goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in executing operational and strategic initiatives and help set short- and long-term goals to drive company growth.
Support the management and delivery of projects, stay updated on related business operations activities, and assist as needed.
Collect and organize data from various teams to support effective reporting and ensure metrics are useful, visible, and streamlined.
Advise managers on findings and potential courses of action to address challenges.
Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing procedures, systems, and processes.
Act as a generalist and take on varied work to help the company grow.
