Business Operations Analyst

Applovin•Palo Alto, CA

About The Position

AppLovin is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to provide technical and operational support to its Business Operations team and the systems supporting its mobile-advertising business. The role helps other analysts deliver reliable projects by reviewing code, debugging workflows, investigating product issues, and translating business problems into actionable requests for Engineering and Operations. The analyst also writes and maintains workflow code and analyzes product features and experiments, serving as a practical link between business and technical teams. The successful candidate learns quickly, investigates problems independently, exercises good judgment, and follows issues through to resolution. AI-assisted development is a regular part of the team’s work, so the analyst must be able to use these tools effectively and review generated code for mistakes, assumptions, and reliability. AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with pay-for-performance rewards. Compensation depends on factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity and other incentive compensation may be included in addition to benefits. The California base pay range is $105,300–$156,465 USD.
