Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028
- Open to all majors, including Business, Communications, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Liberal Arts, Finance, Marketing, and related fields
- Demonstrated leadership through work experience, campus involvement, athletics, volunteer activities, or student organizations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence
Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting customers throughout the auto claims process
- Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, and other channels
- Gather and analyze information to help resolve claim-related inquiries
- Learn how to evaluate situations, identify solutions, and make sound business recommendations
- Collaborate with a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive workplace culture
- Participate in projects that provide visibility into the insurance and financial services industry
