About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant. This is a Full Time – Contract position with a duration of 06 Months, located in St. Louis MO. The role is Hybrid, requiring 03 days onsite and 02 days Remote. As a Business Execution Consultant, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing account setup and maintenance requests, validating account information, coding, and data accuracy. You will also analyze reports to identify discrepancies or exceptions, research issues, and escalate when required. The role involves performing data processing and quality assurance activities, taking screenshots, documenting findings, and supporting testing efforts. Additionally, you will monitor operational reports, ensure timely resolution of issues, and support business projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives. A key aspect of this role is identifying operational risks, control gaps, and efficiency opportunities, and collaborating with operations, business, and technology teams.

Requirements

Basic risk and control awareness.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze reports and data.
Comfortable working with operational processes and project activities.
QA (Quality Assurance) experience.
Experience in account maintenance, brokerage operations, or advisory account processing.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar reporting tools.
Experience supporting business projects, testing, or system implementations.
Process improvement experience.
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities
