About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The consultant will assist with a large redaction project, involving document review, redaction, and documentation creation for data stewardship. This role blends operational expertise with hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience to convert manual processes into scalable digital solutions. The work arrangement is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office, with the first 30 days requiring full-time onsite presence.

Requirements

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience
Experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
Experience building Power Automate workflows and automations
A strong understanding of different file types, such as MS Access, MS Visio, Word, MS Excel, and Adobe
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to create formulas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to match data
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Ability to operate independently and be detail-oriented

Cyber security experience
Understanding of Risk foundations
Experience within Financial Services, Regulatory Operations, Information Management, or Enterprise Content Management
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications

Responsibilities

Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution
Assist with tasks as part of a large redaction project to remove proprietary information from files
Review documents, make redactions, and create documentation to assist in stewardship of data
Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains
Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
Design, build, test, and support Microsoft Power Apps solutions
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
