Business Execution Consultant
About The Position
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Remote position with a Global Financial Institution located remotely in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs. This position involves strategizing and resolving unique challenges, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that require creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
- Extensive ServiceNow HR Service Delivery experience, with technical knowledge of all aspects of the platform, including (but not limited to) NowAssist functionalities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA tracking
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact-finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
