Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid
About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a 9+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution in Saint Louis, MO. This role is crucial for the accurate setup and maintenance of advisory accounts, ensuring all information is correctly established and maintained in the system of record. The consultant will review account information, process updates, validate account coding, analyze data, and resolve exceptions to maintain operational accuracy. Beyond daily operations, this role will contribute to ongoing initiatives by identifying process improvements, supporting project implementations, and mitigating operational risks.
Requirements
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Process improvement and critical thinking skills to recommend solutions and improve workflows.
- Strong risk identification and control awareness.
- Effective communication and partnership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with advisory account processing, account maintenance, or brokerage operations.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience supporting system implementations, process improvement initiatives, or business projects.
- QA background.
Responsibilities
- Review and process account setup and maintenance requests with a high degree of accuracy.
- Validate account coding and data entry to ensure information is accurately reflected within firm systems.
- Analyze account data, operational reports, and exception reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the client and advisor experience.
- Identify potential operational risks, control gaps, and process vulnerabilities.
- Support efforts to strengthen controls and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams, business partners, and technology teams.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly and professionally.
