About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Change Execution Lead for a hybrid role with a Global Financial Institution. This is a client-facing position requiring strong project and change management skills within the financial services sector, with less emphasis on technical expertise. The role involves significant business engagement and collaboration across various teams, including Risk and Audit, to lead large-scale program and project efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at adapting to evolving business needs, managing multiple priorities, and influencing diverse stakeholders to achieve consensus on strategic objectives.

Requirements

7-10 years of Change Management, Portfolio, or Project management experience within the financial services industry
Demonstrated strength of communication skills at the senior executive level
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Practical working knowledge of Change Management standards at a global financial services organization
Practical working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools including JIRA and Confluence

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting Capital Management, Regulatory Rules, or other Treasury and Finance-related functions
Familiarity with capital calculation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, and associated technology platforms
Knowledge of technology change management, SDLC controls, regulatory commitments, and governance frameworks within a large financial institution
Experience managing financial plans, vendor budgets, and resource forecasts for complex technology programs
Experience with Tableau

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale program and project efforts
Plan and direct routines and reporting to drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration
Adapt to changing business needs with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Inspire an audience with diverse business objectives to agree upon and move forward on concepts and recommendations
Partner directly with Lines of Business and business executives to communicate technology solutions and strategic objectives
