About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency through process improvement, workflow automation, and low-code application development, combining operational expertise with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform to transform manual processes into scalable digital solutions. The position requires 5 days onsite for the first 30 days, then transitions to a hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of operations, business process management, or operational excellence experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience
• Experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
• Experience building Power Automate workflows and automations
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and enterprise data integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience within Financial Services, Regulatory Operations, Information Management, Risk, Compliance, or Enterprise Content Management
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development
• Familiarity with Power Fx, APIs, and custom connectors
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale automation programs
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Microsoft Power Platform certifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains
• Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on reducing manual effort, improving controls, and enhancing user experience
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Design, build, test, and support Microsoft Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and approvals
• Integrate applications with SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, SQL, and other enterprise data sources
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution demonstrations
• Document solution architecture, business requirements, and support procedures
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards
• Provide end-user training and support adoption efforts
