About The Position

Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Village Pointe in Omaha, Nebraska, is hiring a Business Development Representative for its service department. The representative coordinates incoming telephone and online requests, identifies potential service leads, books service appointments, and serves as a first point of contact for customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a rotating Saturday. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Log customer details and comments in the system.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers who do not show up.

• Maintain contact with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Inform potential customers about promotions.
• Assist with various other tasks at the dealership.
