About the position
The Business Development Representative role at Exiger is a highly motivated position within a high-growth risk intelligence and technology company. The main responsibility of the role is to act as part of a Sales Team, hunting new business and identifying merchants in the SMB segment. The successful candidate will deliver and exceed targets, maintain a strong sales culture, and work closely with other internal teams to optimize sales process efficiencies. This position is remote eligible within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed targets/other KPIs
- Maintain a strong sales culture focused on performance and positive customer experience
- Drive sales discipline including performance & pipeline reporting through team meetings, 1:1's, and performance management process
- Execute against our Global sales strategy by working closely with other business leaders
- Work with other internal teams such as Marketing, Account Management, New Logo Sales, Product, and Engineering, to optimize sales process efficiencies
- Proven track record of quota outperformance within a technology and/or professional services organization
- A minimum of 3-7 years' work experience within appointment setting and/or lead generation
- A history of working effectively within sales & marketing team
