About the position
Exiger's Diligence team in APAC is seeking motivated individuals to join their Singapore office. The role involves developing skills in due diligence research, delivering top-notch due diligence products to clients in APAC, and ensuring superior client experience. Responsibilities
- Gain extensive knowledge and skills in due diligence research
- Write clear, concise, and thorough reports for clients
- Identify pertinent information and develop useful insights into the subject
- Possess familiarity with Exiger APAC team's portfolio of client accounts, their stakeholders, and their needs/project scopes
- Manage the daily case take-in from assigned client accounts and oversee the product delivery process to ensure reports are delivered on time
- Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure client needs are communicated and expectations are met
- Support content review during high activity periods
- Coordinate with and support other functions, such as Training, to enhance existing methodologies and processes
- Actively explore alternative options in scope or delivery options to meet client expectations
- Evaluate and disseminate clients' feedback, activity, and pipeline to appropriate stakeholders
- Act as an Exiger Diligence brand ambassador
- Educate clients on Exiger Diligence updates, products, scopes, and processes
- Support discussions with relevant stakeholders on opportunities or requests
- Participate in and support calls with clients to discuss new projects or present findings
- Work closely with the Business Development Team and engage in client development with local clients in APAC

- Professional fluency/proficiency in English
