About the position

Boosted.ai is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their sales team. The BDR will be responsible for qualifying sales opportunities, scheduling meetings, and conducting high-level meetings with financial services executives and portfolio managers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop new business, maintain engagement with leads, and contribute to process optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a curiosity for the rapidly scaling financial markets SaaS technology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through prospecting and activity-based calling and emailing
  • Qualify/research new leads and schedule meetings using HubSpot
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in Boosted.ai products
  • Keep prospect account records up to date in CRM database (HubSpot)
  • Assist team in the continuous optimization of processes, data capture, revenue forecasting, and reporting
  • Learn B2B SaaS best practices – coursework, self-study, and vendor training
  • Refine Boosted.ai's lead generation and sales playbook

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree graduate
  • Technical proficiency with G-Suite, Gmail, Calendar, G-Drive, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot
  • Ability to develop new business through prospecting and activity-based calling and emailing
  • Ability to qualify/research new leads and schedule meetings using HubSpot
  • Ability to maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
  • Ability to keep prospect account records up to date in CRM database (HubSpot)
  • Ability to assist team in the continuous optimization of processes, data capture, revenue forecasting, and reporting
  • Willingness to learn B2B SaaS best practices through coursework, self-study, and vendor training
  • Ability to refine Boosted.ai's lead generation and sales playbook

  • Interest in AI/machine learning and financial modeling
  • Experience in B2B SaaS account prospecting, account management, or consulting
  • Exposure to fintech, start-up, or investment management industries
  • Emphasis on diverse perspectives and the value they bring to product teams
