Product Content Strategist

As a Product Content Strategist at Boosted.ai, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that effectively communicates the value, features, and benefits of our AI-powered investment platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative across all touchpoints, driving user engagement, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a passion for finance and a desire to contribute to the future of AI and ML in the finance industry. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly documentation, analyzing user feedback, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our content remains current and engaging.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with organizational goals and target audiences.
• Oversee all outgoing product content, such as product launches, updates, promotional materials, blog posts, and newsletters.
• Create user-friendly documentation and guides to empower clients to effectively navigate and maximize platform utilization.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create engaging and easy-to-understand in-app and business development content.
• Drive consistency in brand messaging across the app and all external communication channels.
• Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to refine content strategies and ensure content effectiveness.
• Keep up with industry trends to ensure content stays current and effectively engages users.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear and intuitive language.
• A strong interest in finance and investing is a must.
• Basic understanding of AI and ML, their applications in the finance industry is a plus.
