The position is approximately 16 hours per month, or about four hours per week, with the schedule structured to grow as milestones are achieved. Flexible work-from-home options are available. The stated 90-day milestones include contacting 5–8 targeted local businesses or MBEs, enrolling at least three in active 30-day RunToWork free trials, and converting at least one into an executive review, case study, or written testimonial; attending the CRMSDC Annual Business Meeting and one or two focused local networking sessions per month; updating company listings and profiles; opening introductory reseller or white-labeling discussions with two or three regional MSPs; and maintaining RunToWork CRM interaction logs with concise weekly status summaries. Compensation is listed as $25–$35 per hour in the compensation section, with a separate posting statement listing $25–$40 per hour. Bi-weekly direct deposit is specified. Pre-approved event registration, parking, and standard business mileage for travel outside Clinton, Maryland, are reimbursable. Commission and performance incentives are governed by a separate policy addendum. Candidates are asked to submit a resume and a concise summary of a business partnership, client program, or referral channel they built from scratch.
