About The Position

CFS Solutions, part of Banyan Software, is hiring a remote U.S.-based Business Development Manager to take commercial ownership of its reseller channel. CFS’s deposit automation software operates in more than 500 banks and credit unions and is sold exclusively through more than 40 resellers, ISOs, and service organizations. The role focuses on growing existing reseller relationships, recruiting additional partners, and developing new channel types over time. Resellers close sales; this position manages the commercial relationship and enables partners to sell more, rather than presenting directly to end customers. The manager owns reseller contracts, renewals, commercial terms, and pricing discussions. They use company forecasts and P&L information to guide renewal and pricing decisions, follow CFS’s published pricing structure, and obtain CEO approval for material deviations. They also establish partner growth targets and run business reviews on a regular cadence. The role is remote in the United States, with working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern and nationwide travel up to twice a month for one to three days at a time, concentrated in the Southeast as well as Texas, Minnesota, and North Carolina. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. Compensation is a $95,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with $130,000 OTE. The target start is ASAP, aiming for early November 2026. CFS describes itself as a profitable, PE-backed product with 26 years in market and more than 500 live institutions. The role inherits warm partner relationships and may grow into building and leading a business development team as new channels are opened. CFS is part of Banyan Software’s portfolio, which offers internal mobility. Banyan states its commitment to equal employment opportunity and an inclusive workplace.
