About The Position

Magic is seeking a founding operations hire to help build internal processes as the company scales. Magic is personalizing real-world experiences; its first product, Loyalist, is an agentic CRM for restaurants, and the company is expanding into members clubs, hotels, and other sectors. This generalist role is responsible for business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives, and calls for someone who is detail-oriented and self-starting.

Requirements

• Experience in a previous operations role, or in consulting or banking.

Responsibilities

• Take on strategic projects and own them end to end.
• Oversee the finance and reporting function.
• Keep the company compliant, from paperwork to processes.
• Own and develop internal processes as the company scales across multiple functions.
