About the position
The Business Development Manager - New Zealand plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and maintaining the company's competitive position in the market. They are responsible for developing and executing strategies to exceed sales targets, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key agency partners. The success of this role is essential to the company's overall financial performance and its ability to evangelize and represent its digital advertising products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
- Exceed sales targets by understanding the digital advertising landscape and market trends
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key agency partners
- Represent the company's digital advertising products effectively
- Drive sales growth and evangelize the company's products to agency partners
- Drive revenue and new business for the national independent agency team
- Upsell current clients in current and new products
- Generate a high volume of sales-related activity
- Ensure all internal forecasting and reporting systems are up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams to successfully implement sold campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with agency contacts and clients
- Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients' needs
Requirements
