About The Position
PHMG is hiring a Business Development Executive to expand its Chicago team. PHMG is an employee-owned audio branding agency with more than 37,000 clients across over 50 countries. The role offers a starting salary of $40,000, with merit-based opportunities for base salary increases up to $80,000. Year-one on-target earnings are $65,000–$75,000, and a one-time $2,000 bonus is available upon completion of the training program. Uncapped commission is offered, with top performers earning more than $90,000. The position includes a three-month training program and ongoing career development. Employees share in the company’s growth and success through employee ownership. The role is based at PHMG’s downtown Chicago office; a work-from-home day is available upon reaching Senior 2.
