As an independent Business Development and Leadership Consultant, you will promote and sell premium, high-ticket personal and leadership development programs to prospective business builders and individuals seeking personal and professional growth. You will connect with prospective clients, understand their goals, present relevant programs, answer questions, build professional relationships, and support qualified prospects through the enrollment process. You will also use digital communication, marketing resources, training, and established systems to develop and manage your independent business. This role is designed for individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, personal growth, and performance-based earning potential and who are prepared to invest their own time, effort, and resources into building their business.

- Experience in sales, leadership, management, consulting, coaching, marketing, education, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or professional services is helpful, but not required.
