About The Position

The Business Analyst for Revenue Operations (ROPS) supports DaVita’s revenue cycle by analyzing operations, solving complex problems, improving processes, and understanding revenue-cycle processes to improve organizational results. The analyst joins a team supporting operational teams that affect DaVita’s revenue cycle and contributes to improved business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study such as STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business, with at least 2 years of experience; alternatively, applicable work experience.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including analytical modeling and insight generation.
Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to audiences including senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access.
Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

Perform complex analysis, including analytical modeling.
Assess and quantify the business impact of various efforts.
Develop automated reporting around key business drivers.
Use analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, and Access.
Break down complex problems and develop robust approaches to solve them.
Synthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate, and drive strategic or process improvements within the revenue cycle.
Challenge existing operations to identify transformative change.
Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication.
Partner with leaders across multiple teams and with external vendors and insurance companies.
Create and maintain project plans and prepare and lead project updates for key stakeholders.
Manage personal resources and time in alignment with work priorities and value.
