Business Analysis Manager
About The Position
Acts as a liaison between IT development and business units to support the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Evaluates applications, identifies systems requirements, assesses new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends system alternatives or enhancements. Prepares communications and presentations about system enhancements and alternatives. The role leads and manages technology projects and coordinates the implementation of technology solutions. It evaluates emerging business analysis approaches and technologies, tests solutions against quality standards, and guides the development of strategies and roadmaps aligned with business analysis objectives. The manager works with stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to gather and document requirements, translate them into technical specifications, recommend solutions, and verify that vendor deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. The position also identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and apply industry best practices.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology projects and plan, coordinate, and execute successful technology solution implementations.
- Assess the feasibility and potential impact of adopting new business analysis advances and recommend implementation.
- Help evaluate technologies, tools, and systems that could enhance business processes and operations.
- Conduct reviews, tests, and evaluations to ensure technology solutions meet defined quality standards.
- Direct individuals developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business analysis objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to address stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and recommend technology solutions in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Determine whether vendor deliverables align with business requirements and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and implement industry best practices.
