Business Analysis Manager
About The Position
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. The role leads and manages technology projects and the implementation of business analysis solutions, evaluates technologies and potential process improvements, and collaborates with stakeholders and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of work experience.

- Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or specialized training or a relevant professional qualification.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology projects, planning, coordinating, and executing successful implementations of technology solutions.
- Assess the feasibility and potential impact of adopting new business analysis advances and recommend implementation approaches.
- Assist in evaluating technologies, tools, and systems that can enhance business processes and operations.
- Conduct reviews, tests, and evaluations to ensure technology solutions meet defined quality standards.
- Direct individuals in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business analysis objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to address needs and expectations and foster strong relationships.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and recommend technology solutions.
- Determine whether vendor deliverables align with business requirements and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and implement industry best practices.
- Evaluate new applications, identify systems requirements, and recommend systems alternatives or enhancements.
- Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements and alternatives.
