About The Position

GRBS is hiring a full-time Building Lead custodian for Haslett Public Schools. The position is located in Haslett and works Monday through Friday, with one weekend per month, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The schedule is 40 hours per week. Pay is $16.75–$17.00 per hour.

The role serves public school customers by cleaning and maintaining school buildings, conducting perimeter security checks, and walking areas for quality control. The lead is expected to follow GRBS processes, communicate respectfully, and complete work according to the building map and assigned shift.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have valid ID, demonstrate leadership experience, and have reliable transportation to and from work each day. Due to Michigan public school requirements, individuals with theft-, violence-, or drug-related backgrounds will not qualify for employment.

Responsibilities
