About The Position

GRBS is hiring a full-time Custodian Supervisor for Byron Center Public Schools. The supervisor works second shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with one scheduled weekend per month, for 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour.

The role serves public school customers by carrying out cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash, along with other assigned cleaning duties. The supervisor also leads and manages team members, communicates effectively, holds team members accountable, completes building walkdowns, and conducts nightly perimeter door checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete 360 communication.
