About The Position

GRBS is hiring a full-time first-shift custodian to serve Byron Center Public Schools. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with one scheduled weekend per month, for 40 hours per week. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

The custodian supports the school by performing cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash, along with other assigned cleaning tasks. Team members are expected to attend work consistently, follow GRBS processes, communicate mindfully and respectfully, and complete work according to the building map and shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
