About The Position

Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is a vertically integrated cannabis company based in Sacramento and operating in California and Arizona. It specializes in breeding, growing, manufacturing, and distributing cannabis products. The company has over 250 employees across the United States and is expanding into additional markets. Connected is hiring part-time Budtenders for its Sacramento retail location. Budtenders provide outstanding customer service and support the day-to-day operations of the retail dispensary. The role requires availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with shift times varying between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Schedules are based on availability established at hire, and hours may increase or decrease according to business needs. The position offers starting compensation of $18.00 per hour. The workplace is described as an office setting. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Must work a part-time schedule based on availability established at hire; hours may change based on business needs, including weekends and/or holidays.
Shift times vary between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Requires normal or corrected vision, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
Must be able to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach for the duration of a shift.
Requires manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
Requires normal hearing range.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to customer inquiries.
Generate sales through customer interaction and suggestive selling.
Prevent asset loss through appropriate zoning and floor awareness.
Perform register transactions accurately and without errors or shortages.
Follow store visual directives and maintain store standards for upkeep and cleanliness.
Demonstrate teamwork with management and coworkers to improve individual and store performance.
Coordinate with management and coworkers on business issues and opportunities.
Comply with company policies and procedures and follow safety standards to maintain a safe work and shopping environment.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
