About The Position

Connected International, Inc. (Connected Cannabis Co.) is hiring part-time Budtenders for its Sacramento retail location. Budtenders provide outstanding customer service and support the day-to-day operations of the retail dispensary. They assist customers, generate sales through interpersonal interaction and suggestive selling, help prevent asset loss, process register transactions accurately, maintain store standards, and work collaboratively with management and coworkers. The role requires compliance with company policies and safety standards. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Work a part-time schedule based on availability established at hire; hours may increase or decrease based on business needs.
Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and potentially weekends and/or holidays.
Shift times vary between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Must have normal corrective vision, be able to see color, and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
Must be able to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach for the duration of a shift.
Must have manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
Must have normal hearing.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to customer inquiries.
Generate sales through customer interaction and suggestive selling.
Prevent asset loss through proper zoning and floor awareness.
Perform register transactions accurately, without errors or shortages.
Follow store visual directives and maintain cleanliness and other store standards.
Work cooperatively with management and coworkers to improve individual and store performance.
Partner with management and coworkers on business issues and opportunities.
Comply with company policies and procedures and follow safety standards.
Perform other job-related duties as instructed.
