Seasonal Brick Specialist
About The Position
The Seasonal Brick Specialist helps provide a signature experience for every guest visiting a LEGO store. Tasks are assigned by the floor leader on duty. The role includes greeting guests, processing transactions, maintaining a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store, and supporting store operations and stockroom activities. The position is seasonal, and the stated hourly wage range is $17.25–$18.75, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Compensation may also take into account factors such as prior experience, skills, expertise, location, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a friendly, gracious, professional, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Complete daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays.
- Learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Operate the stockroom safely and efficiently, follow safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Perform store operational tasks as assigned by the floor leader on duty.
