Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate, also called a Brick Specialist, joins the LEGO Brand Retail team to provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. The role focuses on engaging guests, completing cash-register functions, maintaining store cleanliness and displays, and supporting stockroom operations. Team members are expected to communicate effectively, process information and merchandise through the register system, and work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates. Tasks are assigned by the floor leader on duty. The posting notes that the seasonal role may become a regular role for excellent performers. The position requires accessing all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock. Physical activities include frequent movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing; and lifting at least 30 pounds. Candidates offered positions involving high engagement with children must complete Child Safeguarding Background Screening.
Requirements

- Freely access all areas of the store, including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
- Meet physical demands that include standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting at least 30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a signature store experience through professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging interactions.
- Perform all cash-register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, maintain store displays, and learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
