About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate, also called a Brick Specialist, joins the LEGO Brand Retail team on a seasonal, part-time basis. The role delivers inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant LEGO store, creates fun and meaningful interactions with guests, and helps maintain the store’s presentation and safe operation. The position may become a regular role for excellent performers.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Meet physical demands including constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus; and lifting at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and provide a signature experience through professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging interactions.
• Perform all cash register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential merchandise shortages.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
