About The Position
The Seasonal Brick Specialist helps deliver a signature experience for every guest visiting a LEGO store. The role includes greeting guests, completing cash register functions, maintaining a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store, and supporting stockroom operations. Tasks are assigned by the floor leader on duty. The position is typically responsible for store operational tasks while on duty.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays.
- Learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom.
- Maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards and follow safety regulations.
- Notify management of potential shortage situations.
