About The Position

The Seasonal Brick Specialist role focuses on ensuring a signature guest experience within LEGO® stores. This involves greeting guests, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor. The position also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment by performing daily cleaning duties and adhering to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards. Responsibilities extend to the stockroom, including receiving merchandise, maintaining organization, following safety regulations, and identifying potential shortages. The role also involves resolving customer issues, reporting challenging situations to management, customer engagement, and utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
