About The Position

A Brewista at 7Brew helps deliver the company’s mission to inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience. Brewistas report to the stand manager and create positive interactions with customers, teammates, and vendors. The role includes taking and entering orders, collecting payments, preparing drinks and premixes, and maintaining a clean, stocked, safe, and healthy coffee stand. Brewistas are expected to work with urgency, stay productive throughout each shift, know the menu well enough to guide customers, and complete shift-change duties, checklists, and weekly chores. The position requires working outside for prolonged periods in varying weather, safely moving around the drive-through line, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, standing, climbing, and bending. Scheduling is flexible, with a minimum of three shifts per week; regular weekend work and availability for holidays when necessary are required. The posting lists both full-time and part-time job types.

Requirements

Able to create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to five minutes at a time.
Able to work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products.
Able to work outdoors for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to stand comfortably for hours at a time.
Able to climb a ladder and use a stepladder.
Able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed to stock and clean the stand.
Able to walk safely between and around cars in the drive-through line.
Able to use a utility knife safely.
Available to work a flexible schedule and a minimum of three shifts per week.
Regularly work weekends and be available to work holidays if necessary.

Responsibilities

Confirm customers’ drink orders and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system.
Collect payment and correctly count back change.
Prepare drinks and premixes.
Work with urgency and remain productive and proactive throughout the shift, including during slow periods.
Build personal connections with customers through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and positive body language.
Know the menu and drink offerings, help customers identify what they want, and offer suggestions when appropriate.
Dress appropriately for the assigned position and bring a professional, positive attitude to work.
Know and complete shift-change duties, checklists, and weekly chores as needed.
Be clocked in and ready at the assigned position when the shift begins.
Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations.
Follow company procedures for communicating time-off requests.
